Please see our Terms and Conditions for attending classes
All New students are entitled to 1 FREE week trial and then all following classes will be invoiced or paid for.
All fees are invoiced for the complete term prior to the beginning of the term starting (unless you are joining part way thorough a term or made an alternative arrangement the area manager).
No refunds will be given for missed classes or if you decide to finish the term early.
Once you are enrolled into a class you are then automatically enrolled into the following terms classes. Therefore, we ask if you no-longer require your space the following term that we have half a terms notice to cancel your space.
An adult must be present during all our classes for little ones under the age of 3 years and must remain in the room with the child attending; the child will remain the responsibility of the adult throughout our classes.
Once a child reaches 4 years we ask for adults to then leave the room and allow the child to learn independently the only exception is a for a childs first week with us to settle the child
Siblings are welcome to attend, but please can we ask any siblings not enrolled into the classes are sat at the side and not disrupting the classes or running around the room.
Some of our props we use may contain small parts, please do not allow any child to place the props into their mouths at any time.
In the unfortunate event that Twirling Toddlers need to cancel a class then an alternative class will be scheduled, if we are unable to offer an alternative class then a refund for the cancelled session will be given.
Late payments will incur a late payment charge.
Late payment or no booking form may result in you losing your Twirling Toddlers place.
All known medical conditions of our dancers must be disclosed to Twirling Toddlers and kept updated.
Twirling Toddlers and the venues we hire will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury whilst on the premises.
Please note during our classes photo’s or video recordings are NOT permitted.
If you do not attend for three or more consecutive weeks and do not contact us (or respond to us contacting you, where possible) then we may presume that you no longer want your place and release this to the next person on our waiting list.
Children must participate in class in either bare feet or ballet/tap shoes (as appropriateto the class being taken), no socks will be allowed due to being a potential slip hazard.
Use of tap shoes supplied by Twirling Toddlers are at your own risk, we do advice you buy your own shoes when enrolled and only use the Twirling Toddlers ones for trial classes.
Please ensure that if you child needs to have a drink in class, that they drink these away from the dancing area, in case of spillages that may cause a slip hazard.
